A CSC daily run is when we physically deliver your legal documents to Corporation Service Company (CSC) at their Sacramento office. We make these runs every business day, ensuring your documents are served without you or your staff having to leave the office.

What are your service rates?

We offer three flat-rate service levels: Standard at $39 (first attempt within 72 hours), On Demand at $59 (first attempt within 48 hours), and Expedited at $99 (first attempt within 24 hours). All rates are flat — no hidden fees.

What is the cutoff time for same-day Expedited service?

For same-day Expedited service, your documents must be received in our office no later than 10:00 AM. We will then deliver them to CSC by 2:00 PM the same day.

We serve all major registered agent offices in Sacramento, including Corporation Service Company (2710 Gateway Oaks Dr.), Northwest Registered Agent (2108 N Street), Harbor Compliance (2108 N Street), Registered Agents Inc. (1401 21st Street), and Parasec (2804 Gateway Oaks Drive).

No. Our pricing is completely transparent. The rate you select is the rate you pay — no fuel surcharges, no rush fees beyond the listed tiers, and no billing surprises. The only additional charge is for printing: the first 15 pages of each service document pack are included in the price. Each additional page beyond 15 is $0.20 per page.

How do I place an order?

Do you notarize the forms?

Accepted Answer

We do not provide notary service in our office. If your form needs to be notarized, there will be a charge of $25.00 to go see a notary.
